Job summary

MARC H SHOMER MD PHD INC is seeking an experienced medical biller in Upland to join our specialty practice. The role requires analyzing payer delays and submitting authorizations across a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Prior workers compensation billing is required and a valid driver is preferred. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in medical billing, strong communication skills, knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes, and proficiency in Excel.

We are a speciality practice located in Upland looking for an experienced Biller to join our team. This is a full time position with an immediate opening. Candidates must have the ability to analyze, identify and resolve issues causing payer payment delays. We offer medical, dental, 401K, vacation and sick pay. Candidate must have reliable transportation. Previous experience with workers compensation is required. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
