Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to manage insurance claims and billing for our ABA services in-office. The role focuses on accurate submission, prompt follow-up, and maintaining clean records to support timely payments.

You will verify patient eligibility, review denials, post payments, and collaborate with insurance companies to resolve issues while meeting deadlines. Prior ABA billing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical billing experience; ABA or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT codes, insurance authorizations, and claims processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines independently.
