Job summary

Slate Health is seeking a part time experienced ABA Biller to support multi-state ABA revenue cycle operations. This role is ideal for an ABA billing professional currently employed full-time who is seeking additional income while contributing to a growing ABA division.

There is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role including potential supervisory responsibilities based on performance and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ABA billing experience required.
• Strong understanding of payer-specific ABA requirements.
• Experience managing the full revenue cycle.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage ABA claims (commercial & Medicaid).
• Review CPT codes and ensure accurate billing.
• Track authorizations and reconcile approved vs. utilized units.
• Manage denials, follow-ups, and appeals.
• Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs.
• Support workflow optimization as operations scale.
