Job summary

Ultimate LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Billing Clerk to join our Alpine, CA team. The role handles claims from submission through posting and reconciliation, ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate records.

You will verify insurance information, follow up on denials, and collaborate with billing software and EMR/EHR systems to maintain clean accounts receivable, while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance claims processing and accounts receivable.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $20 to $29 per hour

Location: Alpine, CA 91901

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Fully Onsite
