Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Employer Partnership & Placement Specialist - MA to own employment outcomes for Medical Assisting graduates across Bay Area and Sacramento campuses. Build strong employer partnerships with medical offices and hospital systems, spend time on campus and in the field, and drive outreach, calls, emails, and visits to place graduates.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or related fields.
• Experience in high-activity, outcome-driven environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads and place graduates into roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and grow employer partnerships leading to hiring opportunities.
• Generate job leads and job orders for graduates.
• Match graduates to open roles based on employer needs and readiness.
• Coach graduates on resumes, interviews, and professional follow-up.
• Move candidates through the hiring process from submittals to hires.
