Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a highly driven Graduate Placement & Employer Development Specialist to build employer partnerships and generate real hiring opportunities for Medical Assisting graduates across Bay Area and Sacramento campuses. You will spend time on campus and in the field, coaching graduates and moving candidates through the hiring process with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, workforce placement, sales, career services, or related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, match candidates to opportunities, and produce hires or placements.
• Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and grow employer partnerships that lead to real hiring opportunities.
• Generate job leads and job orders for Medical Assisting graduates.
• Match graduates to open roles based on employer needs and graduate readiness.
• Move candidates through the hiring process, including resume submittals, interviews, offers, starts, and employment verification.
