What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with various healthcare services and administrative functions, including coordinating patient flow and scheduling appointments
• Champion the TeleRetinal Screening Program with onsite clinic support and direct patient contact
• Operate and troubleshoot the DRS+ Imaging System
• Perform additional clinic or patient duties as assigned to meet Quality initiatives
• Ensure efficient communication and management of phone messages
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a Medical Assistant educational program
• Basic Life Support Certification required or must obtain it within six (6) months of employment
• Successful completion of TeleRetinal Screening Competency Training within six (6) months of employment
• Must be available to work onsite
