Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling, measure vital signs, and collect health history. You will support physicians during exams and minor procedures in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities include immunization assistance, processing orders, onsite lab testing (EKG, glucose, urine pregnancy), charting, and travel to support other local clinics as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required.
  • Active medical assistant certification may be required through AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA, or AAMA, depending on clinical specialty.
  • CPR certification or willing to become certified upon hire required.
  • May require phlebotomy certification to be completed within 90 days of hire.

  • Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms.
  • Travel to assist other local clinics as required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT or 2 years of prior experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care
