Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Medical Assistant Trainee for our Wellness & Pain Management clinic. We provide comprehensive training to become a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through American Allied Health, with a structured 3–6 week program depending on experience.

• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and lab values.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication with patients, families and care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations and visits.
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist physicians with exams and minor procedures.
• Perform basic clinical tasks (dressings, suture removal, splints).
• Collect and process lab specimens per protocol.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment.
• Support scheduling, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the medical record.
