Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Care Team Supervisor in Missouri to lead a team of caregivers, maintain plans of care, and ensure compliant service delivery. You will coordinate scheduling, monitor authorizations and billing accuracy, and support branch growth with strong people leadership.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with preferred associate's/bachelor's; five years in healthcare or fast-paced office; Medicare/Medicaid knowledge; and excellent communication and organizational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment recommended.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations.
• Strong computer proficiency and accurate documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, coaching and motivational capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting; travel may be required.
• Bilingual fluency may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services, covering planned and unplanned absences.
• Maintain client records, plans of care, caregiver schedules and docs.
• Review and manage service authorizations and contract requirements.
• Monitor reports for billing, payroll, utilization and service delivery accuracy.
• Support branch growth and operational planning initiatives.
• Ensure licensure, payer, contract and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to caregivers for performance.
• Conduct caregiver orientations and ensure trainings and health assessments.
• Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams; ensure coverage.
• Communicate with clients, case managers and leadership professionally.
