Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant to provide clinical expertise, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. Join our team dedicated to supporting each other and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment, including taking histories and vital signs.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and sterilization.
  • Administer injections, assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals.
  • Answer calls and screen referrals.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program, or healthcare experience, or current Medical Assistant certification.
  • Certification must be obtained within one year if not already certified.
  • Recent graduates will obtain clinical MA certification within 60 days.
  • Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials preferred.
