Corewell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Spine Center in Grand Rapids to join a collaborative clinical team. You will support providers, prep patients for visits, and help with procedures in a multi-disciplinary outpatient setting.
The role requires a high school diploma, MA training or equivalent experience, and 1 year in healthcare. A CMA/RMA/NCMA certification pathway is provided with timelines; benefits include an on-site, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth.

Our Spine Center works together to provide personalized care based on each patient’s health journey. Our unique approach matches each patient with the most appropriate specialist from diagnosis through treatment and rehabilitation. We offer 3 specialties in one location, Physical Medicine Rehab, Spine Surgery, and Pain Intervention that all offer many different modalities of treatment including (but not limited to) non-surgical treatments/conservative care, surgical treatments, outpatient procedures, and pain psychology.
We are a team that is growing immensely but have strong, intimate teams within each subspecialty. Staff and providers are eager to teach the team and continually educate themselves on best practice. Leadership strives to make it an environment where all team members feel safe, can have fun, and enjoy coming to work.
7am-5:30pm
Four 10hr shifts, one consistent day off during the week. No weekends, no Holidays
Pain- 43 and continuing to grow. This number consists of Providers, APP’s and Nurse Practitioners.
