Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current certification in CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA or NRCMA or eligibility within 6 months of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and prepare exam rooms.
• Assist practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and related tasks.
• Stock and disinfect exam rooms; maintain equipment and inventory.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient interactions and support team communications.
• Perform delegated procedures as approved for the specialty area.
• Adhere to opening/closing procedures and safety guidelines.
