Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Medical Assistant/Scheduling Assistant for the Clark Clinic in Chicago, IL. This full-time role supports a busy medical group with front desk operations, patient check-in/out, and basic clinical tasks. The position requires travel between locations and flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and 1 year of medical office experience; phlebotomy and injections may be required. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assisting program preferred.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; MA certification preferred but not required.
• One year of work experience in a medical office or related field preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Collect co-payments and register patients.
• Check in/out patients; verify insurances.
• Greet patients and escort to exam room; document vital signs and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support; perform basic vitals (BP, height, weight); phlebotomy and injections may be required.
