TEKsystems is hiring a Medical Assistant to join a leading multi-specialty practice in Waterbury, CT. This is an on-site position based in Waterbury, CT, with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and Friday, 8am - 12pm. The role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start.

Requirements: Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.

Job Duties include:

• Room patients
• Take vitals, BP, height, weight
• Document patient notes in EMR
• Set up patient rooms
• Handle high patient volume (up to 50-70 patients per day)
• Assist front desk as needed

Pay and Benefits: The pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
