Job summary

Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic seeks an Urgent Care Medical Assistant Radiologic Technologist to join our Wakefield location. This full-time role combines clinical support with diagnostic imaging, including radiographs, patient care, and precise documentation in the EHR.

The ideal candidate has ARRT certification, a Radiologic Technology degree, and an active state license, plus excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced orthopaedic setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced orthopedic urgent care setting.
• Proficient in documenting patient information and office notes in the EHR.
• Experience with radiographic imaging procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform diagnostic X-rays with proper views and shielding.
• Coordinate orders, follow-up appointments, and lab specimens.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment; report malfunctions.
• Ensure rooms and imaging areas are clean and stocked.
