Job summary

Prelude Fertility, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a PRN position to educate, treat, and inform patients during their appointments. The ideal candidate communicates well and builds lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians with patient care, preparing patients for exams (history, vitals, phlebotomy), documenting care in the EMR, stocking rooms, and handling phones and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program; Certified/Registered MA preferred.
• 2 years of experience required; OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required; certification preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Rotating weekend coverage/cross-training to support clinical team.
