Qualifications

• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
• Experience or training in clinical office settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee clinical activities under supervision to support patient care.
• Prepare patients for visits, exam rooms, and assist providers during procedures.
• Maintain and update electronic health records and documentation standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe clinical environment and report equipment issues.
• Greet patients, facilitate flow, and coordinate with care team for continuity.
