Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow and prepares patients for visits/admissions as directed.
• Performs administrative duties and maintains up-to-date electronic health records.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and reports equipment issues.
• Greets patients and communicates with care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Collects data, documents care per guidelines, and tracks billable items.
• Monitors quality, cost efficiency, and participates in process improvements.
• Engages in ongoing professional development and required training.
