• Obtain and document vital signs, reporting abnormal findings.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and clinic flow.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Document patient information in the EMR and coordinate follow-ups.
