Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team and support a primary care physician in delivering excellent patient care and a superior guest experience.

The role covers both medical assisting and front-desk duties, including vitals, injections, phlebotomy, lab coordination, and patient scheduling. A formal MA program completion and CPR/BLS are required at start date.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, ideally in primary care.
• Graduate from a Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and maintain exam room readiness.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections as directed.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate labs.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals.
• Maintain accurate data in medical records.
