Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect data about patient health status and vital signs; record in the medical record.
• Communicate attentively with patients and coordinate care with the health team.
• Instruct patients and families, provide preventive information, and reinforce the care plan.
• Document patient history and procedures; adhere to documentation standards and safety policies.
• Support infection control and safety practices; participate in staff orientation and education activities.
