Job summary

Endeavor Health in Buffalo Grove, IL is hiring a Medical Assistant (MA) for our Primary Care team. The role supports patient intake, vitals, phlebotomy, and front-office duties in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in a medical office. Training is provided; some travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred but not required.
• Certification: CPR through the American Heart Association is required; AMT or AAMA preferred but not required.
• Experience: One year of work experience required; prior medical office experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications, and reason for visit.
• Provide front desk/administrative support as needed.
• Measure basic vitals (BP, height, weight).
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
