Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) for our Primary Care team in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role supports patient check-in/out, vitals, and basic procedures in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with CPR certification required. A Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required; one year of experience in a medical office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) preferred but not required.
• One year of work experience required; prior medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam room.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals like BP, height and weight.
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
