Endeavor Health is hiring a Medical Assistant for a Primary Care position in Niles, IL. The role is full time with hours 8:00am–4:30pm on weekdays and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, documenting vital signs and visit reasons, providing front office support, and performing basic vitals; phlebotomy/injections may be required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and 1 year of medical office experience; MA certification is

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; MA certification (AMT or AAMA) preferred but not required.
• One year of work experience in a medical office; on-the-job training provided for those new to medical assisting.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and escort them to exam room.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals like BP, height and weight.
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
