Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, measure vitals, review histories and assist providers.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and vaccinations where allowed by law.
• Document clinical activities in the EHR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate visits, referrals, and follow-up with care team.
• Support preventive screenings and chronic disease management initiatives.
• Maintain exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage supplies.
• Deliver compassionate patient interactions and follow privacy rules.
• Prioritize daily tasks to support patient flow and clinic operations.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and report concerns to licensed staff.
• Contribute to team collaboration and continuous workflow improvements.
