The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an accredited medical assisting program, plus at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in phlebotomy, injections, and front-office duties. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of accredited medical assisting program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year Medical Assistant experience.
• Advanced phlebotomy and clinical lab procedures experience.
• Front office experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and patient information.
• Document accurately into the EMR with patient histories, tests, and results.
• Assist medical staff during patient examinations.
• Provide injections and immunizations as ordered.
• Perform front office tasks including reception and scheduling.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and sterile instruments.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
