QuadMed is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team in Yorktown, IN. The role focuses on primary care within an employer health center, emphasizing one-on-one patient time and quality outcomes.

The position includes vital signs, specimen collection, injections, patient education, and front office tasks. Qualified candidates have MA training, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of accredited school of medical assisting, or combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum one year experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Advanced proficiency in phlebotomy and clinical laboratory procedures.
• Experience working front office.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and record vital signs.
• Document patient interviews, histories, vital signs, and treatments in the EMR.
• Assist medical staff with patient examinations and injections.
• Provide patient instructions and prepare for services.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow regulations around patient information.
• Front office duties including reception, check-in/out, and scheduling.
• May perform routine screening tests and travel to client sites when required.
