Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our primary care team in Minnesota. You will work closely with a primary care physician to deliver high-quality patient care and create an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program; MA certification/registration preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform injections, and assist with procedures.
• Draw blood and coordinate with labs for tests.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, check-in/out.
• Document data in medical records per guidelines.
• Assist care team to develop patient care plans and address gaps in care.
