Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Medical Assistant to join our partnership Kako'o!

Anticipated schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Must be flexible to work one evening a week or every other week, and an occasional Saturday 7am-12pm.

Position Overview:

This position provides medical assistant services in support of patient care and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Take patient histories and personal information upon arrival for appointments.
• Track reports as needed.
• Check patient vitals and assist physicians in the office.
• Screen walk-in patients for treatment eligibility.
• Handle light administrative duties, including scheduling patient appointments.
• Triage patient questions to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and stock forms and inventory at the front desk.
• Perform clerical tasks to support clinical staff.
