Job summary

Qualifications

1 year of experience preferred.
Basic Life Support certification required.
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
Ability to perform routine and complex clinical tasks and interact with patients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and room patients for exams; obtain vital signs and update health information.
Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic technique.
Assist physicians with procedures (pelvic exams, allergy testing, EMG, colposcopy, etc.).
Administer routine medications under physician orders or standing protocols.
Ensure smooth clinic flow; communicate with care team and patient.
May perform basic clinical support tasks under supervision.
Provide age-appropriate care in line with department standards.
