Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a proactive Medical Assistant to support our physicians in a busy Dayton, OH clinic. The role involves hands-on clinical tasks and essential administrative duties to keep patient flow smooth.

Ideal candidates have prior MA experience, familiarity with podiatry or orthopedics, and comfort with X-ray procedures. Strong communication and teamwork are required to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Podiatry/Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• X-ray experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and prep exam rooms for physician visits.
• Take vitals and document in EMR.
• Assist physician with podiatry/orthopedic examinations and X-ray support.
• Coordinate care and follow-up for Upperline Plus patients.
• Maintain sterile exam and X-ray rooms and inventory.
