Job summary

Balance Health is seeking a cross-trained Medical Assistant to support both clinical tasks and the front desk at our Washington Integrative Foot and Ankle Center. You will ensure smooth workflows, accurate task completion, and timely communication between patients and providers.

The role requires travel to Seattle and Mill Creek locations, a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift, and a focus on high-quality patient care and efficient operations. Certification and WA state registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary.
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization.
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
