Job summary

Vancouver Clinic in Ridgefield, WA is seeking a Washington State credentialed MA-Phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. You will provide venipuncture, specimen collection and handling, and ensure accurate use of EMR and LIS. Collaboration with healthcare staff supports positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Washington State MA-Phlebotomist credential or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical blood collection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy.
• Handle specimens and ensure proper labeling and transport.
• Utilize EMR and LIS systems correctly in daily workflows.
• Collaborate with health-care team to support patient care outcomes.
