Qualifications

• Active Washington State Medical Assistant – Phlebotomist (MA-P) licensure is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with formal phlebotomy training.
• Strong written and verbal communication and basic clinical math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform capillary, venous, or arterial blood collection procedures.
• Coordinate with providers and document notes in the EHR.
• Prioritize tasks and manage voicemails, messages, and emails in a timely manner.
