Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and laboratory testing.
• Conduct quality control and instrument troubleshooting.
• Prepare slides and manage specimen handling.
• Submit outside lab requests as dictated by patient’s insurance plan.
• Maintain logs and checklists per regulatory standards.
• Document patient data in EMR and prepare encounter forms for billing.
