Job summary

SynergenX is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant (up to 20 hours weekly) to join a fast-paced, patient-focused team in Indiana. The role involves direct patient support, vitals, blood draws, injections, and lab processing, with training provided and no certification required to start.

We value energetic, friendly, and coachable individuals who can adapt to a busy clinic schedule, assist with front desk tasks, and help maintain a positive patient experience across the clinic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of relevant medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• MA certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injections experience preferred.
• Criminal background check required.
• Must be able to work part-time up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take manual vitals
• Perform routine blood draws
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by a provider
• Prepare and process laboratory specimens
• Maintain lab equipment, documentation, results, and quality controls
• Ensure correct labs are ordered and prepared
• Assist with weekly inventory and ordering
• Support front desk when needed
• Collaborate with providers and clinic team
• Create a friendly, positive patient experience
