Job summary

US Fertility in Fairfax, Virginia, seeks a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support fertility care, perform phlebotomy, patient prep, and lab coordination. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will work with physicians and care teams across the network, delivering compassionate care, accurate data entry, and proper lab handling to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills required.
• High School diploma required; formal MA program preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform high volume phlebotomy and blood draws.
• Maintain supplies for blood drawing stations.
• Assist with clinical care of fertility patients.
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs.
• Provide patient/couple counseling and education on procedures.
