Job summary

US Fertility is hiring a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our Stony Point, Virginia team. The role offers a weekend schedule (every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM) and a competitive $20.00–$22.00 hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

This position provides growth within a nationally respected fertility network while keeping you closely connected to patients and clinical staff. You’ll perform high-volume phlebotomy, manage supplies, assist with clinical care, and support

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills required.
• High School diploma required; MA program preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high volume phlebotomy.
• Maintain supplies for blood drawing stations.
• Assist with clinical care of fertility patients.
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs.
• Provide patient/couple counseling and procedure teaching.
