Premier Health Partners, PC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our ambulatory team in West Seneca, NY. The role includes cross-training to perform Patient Services Representative duties and supporting the medical staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsabilités

• Room patients for examinations and record vital signs, history and visit reason.
• Greet patients at check-in; verify demographics, insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Answer calls and triage with nurse/provider as needed.
• Perform routine lab tests and label specimens.
• Schedule and manage appointments and maintain calendar.
• Maintain accurate EMR and paper records; locate/print charts.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
