Qualifications

• Comfortable discussing insurance, billing, and payments with patients.

• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Answer phones, manage messages, and respond to patient communications.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient and insurance information in the EHR.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
• Support scheduling, administrative tasks, and clinic flow.
• Complete daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.

Position Summary

The Patient Services Coordinator is a position serving as the first point of contact for patients while also supporting clinical services under the direction of licensed providers. This role blends patient-facing customer service, clinical skills, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and high-quality care.

This position is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys variety, accountability, and making a direct impact in a patient-centered setting.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2–4 Saturdays per month)

Up to 20-30 hours a week

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Services / Front Office

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
