Bookmark Medical in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Service Specialist to support both patients and providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The role combines front-d Desk interactions with clinical assistance, promoting trust and teamwork across the care team.

You will handle check-ins, calls, scheduling, insurance verifications, and rooming patients, while assisting with procedures and vaccines as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification).
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations
• Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers

• Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines
• Performing point -of-care testing
• Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by:
