Responsibilities

• Electronically send/receive records to/from individuals' PCPs and document contacts in the EHR.
• Upload lab results to the EHR and share results with clinic staff and the patient.
• Send health communications via the patient portal and respond to inquiries.
• Complete medication prior authorizations or patient assistance applications.
• Return calls daily regarding medications, lab results, and questions from individuals.
• Assist the Outpatient Nurse Manager with tasks like managing medical supplies and completing reviews/audits.
