Job summary

You will assist with procedures, maintain exam rooms, ensure safety and patient satisfaction, and handle delegated responsibilities with professionalism. Requires high school diploma or GED, CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA eligibility, BLS, and 0–2 years of experience. Includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification in one of CMA, RMA, NCCT, NHA, NRCMA or eligibility for one of these exams.
• Within six months, certification must be attained via approved body.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the site, escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vitals, and document visit details.
• Assist practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection per protocol.
• Stock and disinfect exam rooms; maintain vaccine/medication inventory and equipment.
• Interact professionally with patients and care team to support satisfaction.
• Perform delegated procedures common to the specialty area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
