Job summary

Catawba Valley Medical Center is seeking a healthcare support professional to provide clinical and administrative services for outpatient care under the direct supervision of a licensed physician or APP. You will support the care team and help ensure efficient patient flow using a patient-centered approach.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and BCLS certification within three months. Experience with EHR systems, telemedicine exposure, and willingness to engage in training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BCLS certification from American Heart Association required within three months of employment.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting performing clinical responsibilities using an EHR.
• Telemedicine experience may be considered as clinical duties.
• If no experience, must be enrolled in classes related to the medical field.
• Given training and on-the job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within three months of employment date.
