ADVENT is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support patients at our Hendersonville and Franklin clinics. You will greet patients, take vitals, document in the EHR, and assist during procedures while maintaining a clean, compliant, patient-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have CMA/RMA/CCMA or 2+ years MA experience, strong communication and time management skills, and proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems. Willing to train across clinics and locations.

Qualifications

• CMA (AAMA), RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• - or minimum of two years of Medical Assistant experience.
• - Strong time management and organizational skills.
• - Excellent communication with patients and clinicians.
• - Proficient with EHR systems and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and take vitals of patients.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with Physicians and APPs.
• Sanitize exam rooms and equipment between patients.
• Document encounters in the EHR.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and meds.
• Cross-train in Patient Service Representative duties.
• Support process improvements and HIPAA compliance.
