Ideal candidates include graduated Medical Assistant programs or CMA/RMA, or CNA with phlebotomy, or 6 months MA-related experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Strong patient service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates include MA, EMT, Paramedic, or related program.
• Active RMA or CMA designation is acceptable.
• Alternatively, 6 months MA-related or phlebotomy-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Triaging patients, taking vitals, and documenting charts.
• Blood draws, venipuncture, specimen collection, lab work.
• Administer medications and vaccines under supervision.
• Set up procedures and prepare exam rooms.
• Check-in/out, verify insurance, and collect payments.

Education

Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA

EMT/Paramedic background

CNA with phlebotomy experience

Phlebotomy certification with experience

1 year phlebotomy-focused experience
