Job summary

Work Location

This position is onsite within the state of AZ only. It requires residency and work performed within Arizona.

Sign-On Bonus

A one-time sign on bonus of $1,000 will be offered upon hire.

You Will

The Medical Assistant will be a key contributor to our first-class care team at Prosano Health Solutions. They will have end-to-end responsibility for the direct patient care experience navigation.

• Establish a strong rapport with the patient, delivering an exceptional patient care experience.
• Prepare patients for their visit, including communicating details, taking vitals, and completing updates to the patient record as required.
• Prepare equipment and examination rooms, ensuring clean instruments are available for daily care center operations.
• Assist provider with medical treatments, procedures, and exams.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Work extended hours as required.
• Remain 100% on-site; may involve movement between clinics as needed.

• Experience with Electronic Medicare Records.

• High school diploma or GED.
• A medical assistant certification, or completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program and registration within six months of hire.
• A phlebotomy certification, or one obtained within six months of hire.
• A Basic Life Saving certification, or one obtained within 30 days of hire.
• An active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
