Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates seamless patient flow by executing accurate Patient Triage procedures and documenting information in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Obtains precise Vital Signs Measurement data to assist clinical teams in rapid assessment and decision-making.
• Performs routine procedures including Phlebotomy, safe Injections, and diagnostic Echocardiogram (EKG) tests based on physician orders.
• Applies extensive Medical Terminology knowledge to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary medical staff and patients.
• Maintains a safe, compliant, and well-prepared clinical environment ready for immediate patient intake.

Education

• Completes an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Holds a valid AAMA or AMT Certification.
• Maintains a current CPR Certification.

Experience

• Brings proven experience in ambulatory care or a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Adapts to diverse clinical environments across for all AZ clinics through contractual assignments.
