Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program.
• 0-1 year related work experience, required.
• 2-4 years related work experience, preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, required.
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Basic proficiency in computer use, required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares examination room and assists during patient visits.
• Documents vitals and patient information in the EHR.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient flow.
• Assists with prescription refills and referrals.
• Maintains stock of supplies and keeps exam rooms clean.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and patients.
